These Terms of Service govern your use of the My Divine Stays platform. Please review these rules to ensure a smooth, peaceful pilgrimage experience.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking accommodation via My Divine Stays, you confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- These terms apply to all guest reservations, digital payments, and interactions with host Dharamshalas.
- Terms may be updated periodically to align with updated regulations and trust requirements.
2. Payment & Tariff Policies
- All room rates and room tariffs are displayed transparently prior to booking confirmation.
- Full or partial advance payment is required to lock in your room reservation.
- GST bills and digital tax receipts are generated instantly upon successful transaction completion.
3. Cancellation & Refund Rules
- Cancellations are governed by the specific Dharamshala policy chosen during booking.
- Eligible refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.
- No-shows without prior cancellation notice may forfeit the reservation deposit as per trust terms.
4. Host & Guest Responsibilities
- Host Dharamshalas agree to provide clean, verified accommodations as described in their listing.
- Guests agree to treat temple trust property with respect and abide by all local spiritual guidelines.
- My Divine Stays provides dedicated customer support to resolve any booking discrepancies promptly.
