User Agreement (Terms of Use)

Welcome to My Divine Stays. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a booking or listing a dharamshala.

Platform Role

My Divine Stays is a technology platform that facilitates online bookings between pilgrims and the dharamshala management.
We do not own, operate, or manage any dharamshala listed on the platform.

All accommodation services are provided directly by the respective dharamshalas.

Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under adult supervision
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Bookings & Availability

• All bookings are subject to availability as confirmed by the listed dharamshala
• The dharamshala provides room details, facilities, rules, and pricing
• My Divine Stays is not responsible for changes made by the dharamshala after booking

Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• My Divine Stays does not store your card, UPI, or bank details
• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment

Cancellations & Refunds

• The respective dharamshalas set cancellation and refund policies
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the displayed policy
• My Divine Stays acts only as a facilitator in this process

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Follow the rules and guidelines of the dharamshala during their stay
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to harm the platform in any manner

Dharamshala Listings

• Dharamshala owners are responsible for providing accurate information
• My Divine Stays may verify listings, but does not guarantee service quality
• Any disputes regarding stay, facilities, or conduct should be resolved directly with the dharamshala

Limitation of Liability

My Divine Stays is not liable for:

• Service quality, cleanliness, or conduct at the dharamshala
• Loss, damage, or inconvenience during the stay
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways

Our role is limited to providing a secure booking and information platform.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• The platform is misused
• Legal or security risks arise

Intellectual Property

All content on My Divine Stays, including logos, text, and design, belongs to My Divine Stays and may not be copied without permission.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
