User Agreement – Secure Your Data for Spiritual Stays

By accessing or using My Divine Stays, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and adhere to the guidelines set forth by host Dharamshalas and Temple Trusts.
1. Account & Guest Eligibility
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or initiate room bookings.
- Primary guest details entered during booking must accurately match valid Government ID proofs.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2. Dharamshala Rules & Conduct
- Guests must strictly follow specific Dharamshala / Trust house rules (e.g. quiet hours, dress code, food policies).
- Strict prohibition of alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food where mandated by temple trusts.
- Original Government-approved photo IDs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) are mandatory during check-in.
3. Booking & Check-in Terms
- Bookings are valid only for the specified check-in and check-out dates and guest counts.
- Standard check-in and check-out times are set by individual Dharamshalas and indicated in your booking voucher.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and discretion of the trust management.
4. Platform Use & Liability
- My Divine Stays acts as an online booking facilitator between pilgrims and host Dharamshalas.
- We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay at host premises.
- Unreasonable conduct, damage to trust property, or policy violations may lead to account suspension.
